Tom Yeoman is a Senior Associate at Chambers Russell Lawyers specialising in dispute resolution, practicing in building and construction litigation and strata disputes.
After being admitted, Tom moved to Singapore and worked at a top tier US firm, which was the country's highest ranked international arbitration team and practiced as a foreign lawyer at a local top tier litigation firm. Tom's experience ranges across international arbitration, medical negligence, insurance litigation, shareholder disputes, anti-money laundering and probate.
Tom was involved in the longest running medical negligence trial in Singapore and has assisted in a Coroner's Inquiry and Singapore Medical Council Inquiry. He had carriage of multiple insurance litigation matters with several million dollars in dispute. He has also assisted minority shareholders in their claims against majority shareholders' oppressive conduct. Tom has contributed a chapter to the Singapore Law Society's legal toolkit on social enterprise and start-up funding.
Tom has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
