Scott Chambers is a Partner at Chambers Russell Lawyers and an expert in commercial litigation.
Scott has practised as a litigator in all major jurisdictions in New South Wales including the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, District Court, Local Court and the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal acting for individuals, large companies and the New South Wales Government. A skillful and effective negotiator and litigator, Scott’s practice canvasses multi-million dollar construction disputes, appeals and applications for urgent interlocutory relief to local court debt recovery, tribunal claims and strata disputes.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University. Scott prepares and presents seminars to a range of stakeholders in the property and construction industries and regularly publishes articles on major issues in the field, many in the Law Society Journal of the Law Society of New South Wales. Scott is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and Strata Community Australia (NSW).
